Combat Brands, LLC Shipping & Returns

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. All orders must be placed online by 3:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate expedited shipping needs after 3:00 PM CST, please call 1.877.613.4448 for air shipping options and delivery expectations.

Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge. Combat Brands, LLC reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.

We do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process we will not be able to cancel or make changes. Please call customer service to check the status of your order. Please do not email cancel/change requests as emails are answered within 24hrs and the order would have shipped in that timeframe.

Order Verifications

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. Please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file) when placing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

Shipping Delivery Times

Economy Flat Rate $6.95 - Between 7-11 business days. *Not available on every order and only applies where applicable. Premium Ground - Between 3-5 business days. Premium 2Day - Within 2 business days. Premium Standard Overnight- Next day

Additional shipping fees

Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam

If you are shipping outside the Continental U.S. transit times are not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. are considered international shipments by some carriers. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to deliver to their address. International Orders

We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. The international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for all customs, shipping charges, and other fee’s if the package is returned to Combat Brands, LLC by the carrier for any reasons. These fee’s will be deducted from the refund of merchandise received back. There are no shipping refunds on returned international ordersPlease email Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding international orders.

We will require emailed front and back copies of the credit card used, and valid driver’s license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service for approval. All orders are subject to hold or cancellation if a response is not received within 2 weeks.

International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Our satisfaction guaranteed policy

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Returns

RMA # must accompany all returned merchandise. Email Combat Brands, LLC Customer Service to receive the RMA.

If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, complete the Return/Exchange Form that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.

If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. The product return itself is authorization for your credit card to be charged for these fees. While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.

BOGO
The calculation for a BOGO Discount works by sorting the items in the cart by price from highest to lowest. Then each 2nd highest priced product from the list is discounted.

Example:
Let's say Buy One Get One 50% off is the promotion and you have four items in your cart. They cost $16, $300, $70 and $30 for a total of $416. The shopping cart will create a list with such order: $300, $70, $30, $16. The $70 and $16 products will each be discounted by 50% giving a discount amount of $43.
